Please give 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid being charged the full cost of your grooming appointment.

A no call/no show will be charged the full amount of the appointment.

If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be given a grace period of 15 minutes. You will be charged $1/minute after the first 15 minutes up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the full price of your service.

We aim for:

3-5 hours for a Full Groom or Large Double Coated Bath

2-3 hours for a bath and tidy

1 -2 hours for a short coated bath

Working with animals is unpredictable, so exact times can be hard to determine. We can always work around your schedule. Take advantage and get some errands done! The first appointment is always the fastest.

If you need your dog back by a certain time, let us know when you make your appointment and we can accommodate as best we can.
