Stop trying to "Fix" your dogs skin.
We have accepted bad skin as normal.. it's allergies at best.
All natural shampoos are the solution! ..Right??
I recently googled my company, and the words "all natural" popped up, and I nearly choked on my cup of noodles microwaved in Styrofoam.
It's important that we try to see past the buzz words used in the marketing of our pets products. Companies have A lOT of competition. We want to "feel good" about the products we purchase for our pets.
And that's ok.. but "feeling good" about your pets dog food, what kind of collar they wear, and what shampoo you bring home isn't necessarily what your dog needs in terms of long term care.
"Best" is relevant. Do I think we carry "the best" products? Sure, for now. I think it's the best in terms of ease of use for pet parents, price, availability, etc. etc.
What's important is that we get out of the mindset of managing bad skin. In my opinion, it is "best" to manage and maintain healthy skin rather than continuously try and fix it with the next best marketed shampoo.
